About the Role

We are currently looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced English Language Teacher to join our esteemed High School faculty. In this role, you will help shape the academic and moral foundation of our students within a nurturing, hardworking, and success-driven environment that prepares them for global opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality English Language lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the national and international curricula.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations including WASSCE and IGCSE.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a disciplined, God-fearing, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and character development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design departmental materials and participate in school co-curricular activities.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Sc. Ed, B.A. Ed, or B.Ed.) in English Language or a related discipline.
- At least five (5) years of active teaching experience in a Senior Secondary School up to the WASSCE level.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the IGCSE level is essential.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
