About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International is a prestigious Islamic educational institution in Nigeria dedicated to forming the whole person rather than merely preparing students for examinations. Since 2008, we have expanded into a multi-campus institution providing conventional schooling, intensive Qur’an education, and mentorship. We are currently looking for a dedicated and values-driven Secondary English Language Teacher to join our esteemed academic community. In this role, you will inspire secondary students to master the English language while embodying the character, wisdom, and moral stewardship that define our educational philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to secondary school students aligned with national and international curricula.
- Model exemplary character and practise deliberate tarbiyyah to nurture students' moral and academic growth.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Honor the trust placed in the institution by learners and families through transparent communication and dedicated mentorship.
- Exercise authority with amanah (trust) and fairness, ensuring a disciplined, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of secondary school teaching experience.
