Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and literacy development.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to improve teaching methodologies and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Engage regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school events.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TRCN, PGDE, or equivalent).
- Proven teaching experience in an established primary or secondary school setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
