Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and literacy development.
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to improve teaching methodologies and participate in extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
  • Engage regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school events.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TRCN, PGDE, or equivalent).
  • Proven teaching experience in an established primary or secondary school setting.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong passion for youth development and community building.
