Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Language lessons aligned with the secondary school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs organized by the institution.
- Mentor students and collaborate with colleagues to uphold the school's high standards of academic and spiritual formation.
- Possess a minimum of a First Degree (BA, B.Sc, or HND) in English Language or a closely related field.
- Holding a professional education qualification (B.Ed or PGDE) and a higher degree (Master's or PhD) will be a significant advantage.
- Must have graduated with a First Class or Second Class Upper division in their degree examinations.
- Demonstrate exceptional teaching ability, strong communication skills, and sound educational character.
- Relevant teaching experience is an advantage, though enthusiastic first-time applicants are also welcome to apply.
