Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve academic performance.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Prepare students for internal examinations as well as relevant external certifications.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and school extracurricular activities.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral development.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Arts in Education (B.A.Ed), or B.A. in English Language or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school.
- Strong command of English grammar, spoken English, and contemporary pedagogical methods.
- Familiarity with both conventional Western education standards and Islamic values is highly advantageous.
