Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Mentor and guide students, fostering a passion for reading, writing, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to organize academic activities, cultural events, and extracurricular programs.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding student development and academic performance.
- Possession of a B.A. Ed, B.Sc. Ed, B.A., B.Sc., HND, or NCE in English Language or a relevant subject area.
- Proven prior teaching experience in a recognized educational institution is preferred.
- Deep passion for students and a strong commitment to holistic child development and character building.
