Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English Language and Literature in English across assigned classes
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning outcomes
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creative expression
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance
- Contribute to school activities and professional development initiatives
- Utilize ICT tools and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed or equivalent qualification in English, Literature, or related field
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in English Language and Literature in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven classroom management and effective lesson delivery competence
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
