Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to diverse learning needs in the primary classroom.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning and child development.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and regular updates to parents.
- Integrate modern teaching aids and computer literacy into daily lessons to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning.
- Uphold the moral and ethical standards of the academy, serving as a positive role model for all primary students.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.Sc./B.A. with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional classroom management abilities.
