Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain plant machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
- Monitor operational parameters of plant utilities and equipment to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly to minimize impact on production.
- Support and contribute to the installation, commissioning, and optimization of plant machinery and systems.
- Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and engineering best practices throughout plant operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality control to drive improvements in plant productivity and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Diploma holders with exceptionally strong relevant experience will also be considered).
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing roles.
- Prior experience in the animal feed industry, FMCG, food processing, or industrial manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintenance systems, utilities management, and overall plant operations.
