About the Role
Lance Trend Limited, a premier indigenous ICT company and major technology distributor in Nigeria, is looking for a motivated Engineering Intern to join our growing technical team. In this exciting role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier on-site IT support and handling device logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain servers, computers, networking equipment, and essential software systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues directly at client locations.
- Perform secure pick-up and drop-off logistics for customer systems, ensuring safe transport between client sites and our service center.
- Accurately log device details, including model numbers, serial numbers, reported faults, and received accessories.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the internal service team to facilitate fast turnarounds on repairs.
- Monitor system performance to guarantee optimal efficiency and reliability for our business partners.
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license or familiarity with logistics coordination in Nigeria is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle technical equipment with utmost care.
