About the Role
Nedis Co. Limited, a leading manufacturer of premium oral healthcare products, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator / Technician to join our growing production facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced production equipment to ensure seamless daily operations and high product standards.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, with a specific focus on injection molding machines.
- Monitoring machines continuously and checking for any abnormalities or operational inefficiencies during production runs.
- Inspecting the quality of finished oral healthcare products to ensure they strictly meet our specified company standards.
- Performing routine machine maintenance, preventive servicing, and thorough cleaning to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Reporting any mechanical issues, safety hazards, or production delays promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhering strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental regulations while on the factory floor.
- HND, ND, City & Guild, or Trade Test certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous hands-on work experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated working experience in the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines, automatic labeling, and sealing machines will be an added advantage.
