Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on vessel engines, propulsion systems, and auxiliary machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings to execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Utilize computerized Preventive Maintenance Systems to track and record equipment servicing.
- Ensure all engine room operations comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Assist senior engineers with daily technical operations and emergency response protocols in the engine room.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a 3rd Engineer or Oiler, with offshore drilling maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid Unlimited 3rd or Assistant Engineer Steam, Gas Turbine, or Diesel national license, where applicable.
- SSCE, WAEC, or GCE O'Level, with OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant engineering discipline as an added advantage.
- Must be a Nigerian resident currently residing in Nigeria with fluent English communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical mechanical systems.
