We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Assistant to support our engagement team in creating meaningful connections with our diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and executing engagement strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance brand awareness.
- Contribute to the creation and curation of compelling content to keep stakeholders informed and interested in our digital health initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify emerging engagement trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and public health specialists, on joint projects and products.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze stakeholder feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to measure satisfaction.
- Track and evaluate engagement metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of implemented communication and outreach strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in an engagement, communications, or stakeholder management role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, impactful content.
- Strong detail-orientation and capability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and generate actionable insights.
