Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a premier home healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care across Nigeria, with offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt. We are currently looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Social Media Strategist to elevate our digital identity, expand our online presence, and convert social media audiences into loyal clients. In this hybrid role, you will take full ownership of our social media strategy, content planning, community management, and paid campaigns, helping us communicate our mission of compassionate care to a broader audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media strategies aligned with our business goals and healthcare standards.
- Create and manage engaging monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
- Write compelling copywriting, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive user engagement and conversion.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using actionable insights to refine ongoing strategies.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding professionally to comments, direct messages, and enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams, designers, and videographers to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging content formats within the Nigerian market.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience managing social media accounts for a reputable brand or organization.
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio highlighting successful audience growth, high engagement rates, and campaign results.
- Proficiency with basic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and analytical skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and community management best practices.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 300,000 to NGN 400,000.
- Flexible hybrid work schedule (3 to 4 days onsite per week).
