About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Electronics Retail Manager to oversee the commercial performance and daily operations of our electronics category. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing inventory accuracy, leading a dedicated sales team, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and revenue growth for the electronics category to consistently achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor category margins and ensure strict compliance with approved commercial objectives.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the electronics sales team to optimize performance.
- Ensure proper stock management, maintaining accuracy between system records and physical inventory.
- Monitor stock losses, shrinkage, damages, returns, and inventory discrepancies.
- Execute promotional activities, professional product displays, and in-store marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all goods received, transfers, returns, and transactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely, effective resolution of after-sales service issues.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in electronics retail, consumer electronics, or home appliances management.
- Demonstrated expertise in achieving sales targets, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general retail management software.
- Excellent commercial awareness with a strong customer-service orientation.
