We are currently seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our dynamic operations and ensure the reliability and safety of our electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
- Diagnose electrical problems using specialized testing equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all electrical installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Keep detailed records of all electrical maintenance work and inventory.
- Trade Test Certificate, OND, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as an Electrician, preferably within a mining, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations for electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
