About the Role

Vantegral Consulting is partnering with a dynamic industry leader to recruit a dedicated and technically proficient Electrical Technician / Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing safe, compliant, and reliable electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fuel dispensers and associated electrical systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Install power supply, earthing, cable routes, and electrical connections for fuel dispensers and associated equipment.
  • Connect dispenser electrical systems, control wiring, sensors, and related field devices accurately.
  • Execute electrical installations in strict compliance with hazardous-area and Zone requirements as well as applicable safety standards.
  • Read and interpret complex electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct electrical testing, inspections, commissioning, and functional tests on newly installed systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults rapidly and perform corrective maintenance and repairs on-site.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with mechanical, piping, civil, and other technical teams to ensure safe and timely project execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or commissioning.
  • Proven working experience in fuel stations, Oil and Gas facilities, industrial plants, or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with hazardous-area and Zone electrical installations.
  • Strong practical knowledge of electrical power supply, earthing, cable installation, control wiring, and electrical testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and safe working practices, coupled with exceptional troubleshooting skills.
