About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical systems, installations, and maintenance operations to ensure optimal facility performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and generators to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime and facility disruption.
  • Manage a team of technicians, assigning daily tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high service standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory records of electrical spares, tools, and equipment, coordinating procurement when necessary.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute facility improvement projects efficiently.
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in Nigeria.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within the facilities management or real estate sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of building automation, power distribution, generators, and safety compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a technical team.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to high service standards.
  • Valid professional certifications in electrical safety or facility management will be an added advantage.
