About the Role

We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor specializing in UK and Ireland study options to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will guide prospective students through their academic journey, ensuring they select the right courses and institutions to match their career aspirations while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored, comprehensive counselling to prospective students regarding study opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
- Support students through the entire admissions, visa application, and pre-departure processes with absolute integrity.
- Maintain accurate records and manage the end-to-end counselling pipeline using our CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students, families, partner institutions, schools, and scholarship bodies.
- Generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in client briefings and workshops.
- Respond promptly to face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries with accurate information about local education systems and entry requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in study abroad programs focusing specifically on UK and Ireland destinations.
- Demonstrated success in a sales or customer-service-driven environment, consistently meeting individual and team targets.
- Strong understanding of the international education sector, university placement procedures, and visa immigration requirements.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
