About the Role
The Moment of Truth Talent Series is a dynamic business reality show and training initiative dedicated to empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs, disabled innovators, and student founders across Nigeria and the UK. We provide founders with the resources, education, and networks needed to turn their visions into thriving enterprises and reduce unemployment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, build, and nurture strategic relationships across the Nigerian innovation ecosystem, including tech hubs, incubators, accelerators, and SME associations.
- Establish formal resource-sharing MOUs with external hubs and service providers to extend growth support to program participants.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage an active network of vetted mentors, advisors, and corporate leaders, matching them with founders based on growth stage and industry.
- Map local and international funding opportunities, preparing investment-ready graduates for angel networks, grants, and pitch competitions.
- Facilitate corporate pilot projects and commercial market access opportunities between enterprise partners and alumni ventures.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in ecosystem management, startup incubation, venture building, or strategic partnerships within the Nigerian startup and SME landscape.
- An active, pre-existing network of relationships with hub managers, investors, corporate innovation teams, and industry bodies across major Nigerian tech and business centers.
- Demonstrated ability in deal structuring, relationship management, and negotiating win-win ecosystem partnerships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Competitive monthly base salary of N380,000 gross.
- Monthly executive transport and fuel allowance of N30,000 for local ecosystem visits.
- Monthly data and airtime package of N25,000.
- Lucrative quarterly performance bonuses tied to secured deals, active partnerships, and successful participant funding connections.
