Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Economics lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes critical thinking and economic literacy.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school-wide events, and continuous professional development activities.
- Mentor students and contribute to the moral, spiritual, and extracurricular development of the school community.
- Possess at least a First Degree (B.Sc or equivalent) in Economics with a First Class or Second Class Upper division.
- Educational qualifications such as a B.Ed or PGDE, along with higher degrees (Master's or PhD), will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate exceptional teaching ability and alignment with sound educational practices.
- Relevant teaching experience is advantageous, though highly motivated entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
