In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' analytical and financial literacy skills, guiding them toward exceptional academic achievement in both internal and external examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured, engaging, and dynamic Economics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Design and implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive and positive learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare students comprehensively for internal assessments as well as key external examinations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to develop and enhance the school curriculum.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance and developmental goals.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Education, or any other highly relevant field of study.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in a recognized secondary school environment.
- Strong command of the Nigerian educational curriculum and external examination standards.
