Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons tailored to the developmental needs of early years children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to parents and school management.
- Foster positive social interactions and emotional growth among students, instilling core values of leadership and good character.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning sessions.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the health and safety of all children in your care at all times.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within an early years or nursery school setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patience-building skills suited for young children.
- Strong classroom management abilities with a creative approach to modern pedagogical methods.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to the G.R.A. district of Enugu.
