Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons tailored to the developmental needs of early years children.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
  • Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to parents and school management.
  • Foster positive social interactions and emotional growth among students, instilling core values of leadership and good character.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the health and safety of all children in your care at all times.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience within an early years or nursery school setting.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patience-building skills suited for young children.
  • Strong classroom management abilities with a creative approach to modern pedagogical methods.
  • Residency in or willingness to commute to the G.R.A. district of Enugu.
