Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth in early learners.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating regularly with parents regarding their child's development.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies and encourage essential life skills among pupils.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to plan extracurricular activities and school events.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or relevant certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Teacher or in a similar foundational education role.
- Strong passion for child development with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proximity to the school is essential; applicants who live within a reasonable commuting distance to New Oko Oba, Agege, Lagos are strongly preferred.
