We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators and inspire the next generation of lifelong learners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, child-centered lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Montessori principles.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Observe, assess, and document individual student progress to tailor instruction and support diverse learning needs.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive reinforcement and independent learning habits.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, curriculum integration, and extracurricular activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education or a relevant subject area with valid TRCN Certification.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the British curriculum and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience within a reputable school environment.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
