Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for toddlers and kindergarten pupils (Pre-KG and KG).
- Create a safe, clean, and comfortable classroom environment that encourages learning, social interaction, and proper rest.
- Monitor and evaluate the cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Implement creative teaching methods using play-based learning and foundational educational tools.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and pastoral care of all pupils under your supervision throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (NCE, B.Ed, or PGDE).
- Proven prior experience teaching in a creche, nursery, or kindergarten setting.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills when dealing with young children and parents.
