Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and positive behavior.
- Monitor, assess, and document children's developmental progress and report findings to parents.
- Foster the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of each child through play-based and structured learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to plan school events and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and welfare.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in an early years or nursery school setting within Nigeria.
- Strong passion for working with children and a deep understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
