As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing, stimulating learning environment that promotes holistic child development, creativity, and academic excellence. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Early Years curricula
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Monitor and assess children's progress through observation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child development
- Manage classroom behaviour and implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Prepare educational materials and maintain organized learning spaces
- Contribute to school events and professional development activities
- B.Ed or B.Sc in Education with PGDE, or HND plus PGDE in relevant subject
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years settings (preferred)
- TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management and discipline capabilities
- Valid Nigerian residency status
