Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the developmental needs of nursery and early years children.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor, assess, and document each child's progress, providing regular constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and discipline.
- Integrate basic technology and creative play into daily learning activities to foster tech-savvy and critical-thinking skills early on.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum reviews.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
