We are currently seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Early Years / Nursery Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. In this role, you will play a crucial part in laying a strong foundation for our youngest learners, fostering a love for learning in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents regarding their children's development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of an NCE or ND qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery, crèche, or early years setting is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
