Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to early childhood development using the integrated NERDC and British curricula.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and foundational learning.
  • Incorporate Islamic values, ethics, and discipline seamlessly into daily classroom routines and interactions.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize school events, curriculum planning, and developmental activities.
  • Provide attentive pastoral care, ensuring the emotional and social well-being of every child in the early years section.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience within an early years educational setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and dual curriculum standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding Islamic values, ethics, and moral discipline.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
