Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to early childhood development using the integrated NERDC and British curricula.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and foundational learning.
- Incorporate Islamic values, ethics, and discipline seamlessly into daily classroom routines and interactions.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize school events, curriculum planning, and developmental activities.
- Provide attentive pastoral care, ensuring the emotional and social well-being of every child in the early years section.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within an early years educational setting.
- Strong subject knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and dual curriculum standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding Islamic values, ethics, and moral discipline.
