Key Responsibilities- Supervise and engage children during playtime, educational activities, and mealtimes, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Assist in organizing and implementing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that encourage creativity and exploration.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by regularly sanitizing toys, play areas, and equipment in adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Support children with basic daily needs, including feeding, diaper changes, and potty training as required.
- Communicate daily updates professionally with parents to build trust and report on their child's progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Minimum of a Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in childcare and first aid will be a distinct advantage.
- At least 2 years of proven experience working with young children in a professional daycare or edu-play setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including deep patience, empathy, and strong verbal communication abilities.
