We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused E-Sales Officer to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our digital footprint, driving online customer acquisition, and promoting our suite of innovative e-banking products to a diverse market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the aggressive sales and adoption of UBA's digital banking products, electronic channels, and online financial services.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert prospective digital banking clients through various online and offline channels.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for e-commerce solutions, mobile banking apps, USSD services, and internet banking platforms.
  • Provide exceptional relationship management for existing and new digital banking customers to ensure high retention and usage rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to execute targeted digital sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Educate customers on the security, benefits, and functionalities of UBA's digital banking ecosystem.
  • Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify emerging market trends.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor Degree (B.Sc / B.A) or HND from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Relevant professional experience in digital sales, marketing, banking, relationship management, or SME/commercial banking.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and the Nigerian fintech landscape.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex financial technology products with ease.
