About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Group E&S and OHS Manager to ensure the highest standards of environmental, social, health, and safety compliance across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and continuously improve the corporate Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) aligned with IFC Performance Standards and national laws.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental, social, health, and safety risks across all sites, warehouses, and offices.
- Manage social risk compliance, including labor standards, worker welfare, stakeholder engagement, and external grievance mechanisms.
- Oversee occupational health and safety protocols, including warehouse hazard controls, ergonomic assessments, and emergency preparedness.
- Lead the fleet and road safety program, conducting incident investigations and enforcing strict vehicle maintenance standards.
- Ensure stringent contractor and agency compliance with E&S and HSE policies through rigorous pre-qualification and audits.
- Manage environmental waste inventories, resource efficiency, pollution prevention, and regular sustainability reporting to leadership and lenders.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational safety, social science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in E&S or HSE management within multi-site or multi-country operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing IFC Performance Standards and managing social risk and stakeholder engagement.
- NEBOSH International Diploma, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 lead auditor qualifications are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or last-mile delivery, with working knowledge of French being a plus.
