We are currently looking for a talented E-Learning Systems Officer (Instructional Designer) to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and shape the future of our corporate training initiatives.

As our E-Learning Systems Officer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying digital educational content that drives employee performance and engagement.

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and pedagogically sound e-learning courses and multimedia content.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user access, tracking, and technical support.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across various subsidiaries to translate business needs into impactful learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through comprehensive assessments and feedback loops.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in educational technology and instructional design methodologies to continuously improve our learning platforms.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings both creativity and technical expertise to our shared services environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proven expertise in developing engaging and interactive e-learning content using standard authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of learning management systems and digital learning standards.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
