About the Role
T&B Logistics is a reputable car rental fleet company partnering with serious, experienced drivers for Bolt, inDrive, and other e-hailing operations in Lagos. We provide reliable vehicles and a structured partnership designed to help dedicated professionals grow their daily earnings while maintaining high standards of road safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operate assigned vehicles safely and professionally on e-hailing platforms such as Bolt and inDrive.
- Ensure punctual weekly remittance paid in advance according to company agreements.
- Maintain day-to-day vehicle cleanliness and oversee routine maintenance needs.
- Return the vehicle to our Ikeja premises daily for secure overnight parking when not in active use.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers to maintain high platform ratings.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable e-hailing driving experience on Bolt or inDrive.
- Valid Nigerian driver's license and up-to-date LASDRI and relevant permits.
- Consistently good platform rating history.
- Clean driving record with no history of major accidents or platform suspensions.
- Ability to provide a reliable guarantor and two credible references.
- Capacity to provide a refundable security deposit.
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of Ikeja, Lagos, for daily vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Access to a well-maintained vehicle dedicated to e-hailing work.
- Flexible and transparent weekly remittance structure.
- Secure daily parking facilities located conveniently in Ikeja.
