About the Role
Wemy Industries Limited, Nigeria's foremost pioneer manufacturer of superior quality hygiene products such as Dr Browns and Nightingale, is looking for a talented E-Commerce & Digital Growth Associate to join our diverse team in Alapere-Ketu, Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our digital footprint, driving online revenue, and enhancing customer engagement across all our e-commerce platforms nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update our Shopify website to ensure seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
- Run, manage, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve website SEO and Google search visibility to drive organic traffic.
- Manage and grow our active social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, and sales performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Utilize modern AI tools to streamline content creation and boost online audience engagement.
- Submit comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify platform management.
- Demonstrated experience running successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
