Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities of security personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor access control points, surveillance systems, and patrols across the manufacturing facility to prevent unauthorized entry and security breaches.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, conducting initial investigations and preparing detailed incident reports.
- Train and brief security team members on emergency response procedures, safety compliance, and standard operating protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and external security agencies when necessary to maintain peace and order.
- Enforce company safety and security policies consistently across all departments and visitor zones.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a security supervisory or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Must be resident in or willing to work in Sango Ota, Ogun State, and able to commute reliably.
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills with high integrity.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound, rapid decisions during emergencies.
