About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, located in the heart of Abuja, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to oversee our vibrant property. Situated just minutes from key landmarks like the National Assembly and major shopping hubs, our 176-room luxury hotel is committed to delivering world-class hospitality. We are looking for a professional who can independently manage shift operations, ensure seamless service delivery, and uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and property security.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all hotel departments during the shift to ensure smooth operational continuity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, VIP arrivals, and issue resolution.
- Oversee night audit processes, daily revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, coach, and support shift staff to maintain exceptional performance and teamwork.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to monitor facility conditions and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in Front Office or Duty Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in audit processes and financial reconciliation.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound independent decisions, and maintain high integrity.
