In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end driver lifecycle, driving recruitment, activation, engagement, and retention strategies while ensuring operational excellence across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities- Lead driver engagement processes focused on attracting, activating, reactivating, and retaining drivers efficiently.
- Mentor and coach operations agents to enhance performance, skill development, and team motivation.
- Monitor and optimize the driver conversion funnel using data-driven insights to improve key performance indicators.
- Design and execute innovative motivational programs and training initiatives for agents.
- Oversee call quality monitoring, script optimization, and communication strategies to ensure high interaction standards.
- Coordinate successful new city launches, including on-the-ground recruitment travels and strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, recruiters, and partners to maintain attractive offers for drivers.
- Proven experience in operations management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development within the tech or transport sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize KPIs.
- Expertise in call quality monitoring, script optimization, and managing on-ground recruitment or city launches.
