Key Responsibilities- Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and customers across Lagos.
- Verify delivery contents, obtain necessary acknowledgments or signatures, and collect payments or cheques when required.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle to guarantee optimal road performance.
- Comply strictly with all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and pharmaceutical handling guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs, records, and documentation.
- Handle sensitive and temperature-controlled medical supplies with utmost care and professionalism.
- Provide courteous, polite, and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of items.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to management.
- Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
- Possession of a valid rider’s permit or license (Class A).
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience as a dispatch rider, preferably within the logistics or pharmaceutical sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos road networks, major routes, and traffic management strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
