We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Driver to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering a welcoming first and last impression while ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our esteemed guests, management, and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of guests, management, and hotel property while strictly adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide a warm greeting, assist guests with luggage loading and unloading, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, monitor fuel levels, and immediately report any defects or maintenance requirements to the Safety and Security Manager.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of assigned hotel vehicles at all times.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, journeys, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with airport transfers, guest pickups, and drop-offs according to operational schedules.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, hotel business activities, and management movements.
- High School graduate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License with a clean driving record and a valid medical fitness certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a hotel, hospitality, or corporate luxury environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic regulations, routes, and surrounding areas.
- Strong commitment to safety, security, and defensive driving practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
