Biorapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited is a premier diagnostic healthcare provider leveraging cutting-edge technology across hundreds of laboratories. We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Driver to join our growing team in Abuja. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly by providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation for our personnel, confidential documents, and critical medical materials.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, official documents, medical materials, and other assigned items to designated locations.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and strictly in accordance with Nigerian road safety laws and regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and in optimal working condition at all times.
- Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to guarantee timely arrivals at all destinations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks for all trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Handle all official assignments with utmost confidentiality, integrity, and professional courtesy.
- Carry out any additional driving-related duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC qualification or equivalent academic background.
- Must possess a valid and current Nigerian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated professional driving experience, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector.
- Extensive knowledge of Abuja geography and surrounding routes.
- Exceptional punctuality, responsibility, trustworthiness, and a strong commitment to road safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must reside within the Karu, Kurudu, Jikwoyi, Nyanya, Mararaba, Masaka, Orozo, or Karshi axis.
