About the Role
Dewatering Construction ETC Limited is a specialised dewatering company with a highly trained team of professionals in well point dewatering and allied services. With a proven track record of successful project delivery, we are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Company Driver to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our field operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual transportation across various project sites within and outside Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company staff, management, and materials to designated project sites and offices.
- Navigate Lagos routes expertly and monitor traffic updates to choose the most efficient travel paths.
- Conduct routine daily inspections of the assigned company vehicle, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and lights.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure prompt reporting of any mechanical faults or required servicing.
- Adhere strictly to Nigerian traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
- Manage travel logs, fuel receipts, and documentation associated with daily vehicle operations.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience, specifically within Lagos and inter-state routes.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian driver's license and a valid Lagos State Driver's Institute (LASDRI) permit.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical repairs.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites outside Lagos when required.
