In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations by providing safe and efficient transportation for staff, documents, and company products while upholding our high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, products, documents, and other company items to designated locations as assigned.
- Navigate Lagos efficiently, utilizing deep knowledge of local routes and navigation apps like Google Maps to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in excellent working condition by conducting routine checks and promptly reporting faults.
- Strictly observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Ensure the safe handling and secure delivery of all company products.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, staff, and business partners.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within FMCG, logistics, or distribution sectors.
- Must possess a valid, current driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lagos routes, major roads, and various geographical locations.
- Proficiency in using Google Maps and other digital navigation applications.
- Punctual, highly responsible, reliable, and deeply safety-conscious.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
