About the Role
Clinix Healthcare Nigeria, a leading diagnostic services provider equipped with modern international-standard amenities, is seeking a reliable, careful, and professional Driver to join our dynamic team at the Festac Branch. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff, sensitive laboratory samples, and other official materials while maintaining the highest standards of road safety and vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for all assigned official duties across designated routes.
- Transport staff, medical laboratory samples, and operational materials promptly and securely.
- Ensure the company vehicle is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
- Perform routine daily vehicle checks including fuel, engine oil, water levels, and tyre pressure, reporting faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks for all trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Strictly adhere to Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and internal company transport policies.
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of items and medical packages when necessary.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, honesty, and a polite disposition in all interactions.
- Minimum of an SSCE / WAEC qualification or equivalent academic credentials.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian driver's license with relevant and up-to-date categories.
- Proven clean driving record and extensive geographical knowledge of Festac and Lagos roads.
- Previous professional driving experience within a healthcare, corporate, or structured organization is a distinct advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in English with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
