About the Role
Christopher University, promoted by Translucent Management Services, is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry through excellence in education and professional training. We are currently looking for a professional and safety-conscious Driver to support our daily institutional logistics and transportation needs at our Mowe campus in Ogun State. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, thorough knowledge of local traffic regulations, and a strong commitment to punctuality and passenger safety.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport university staff, students, and authorized guests to designated destinations within and outside Ogun State.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking oil, water, tire pressure, and brakes.
- Maintain university vehicles in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, or required maintenance to the transport supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, university policies, and safety standards during all trips.
- Maintain accurate logs of all official trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger details.
- Perform minor routine maintenance tasks and ensure vehicle documents and licenses are always up to date.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND certificate from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or academic environment.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of major routes within Ogun State, Lagos, and neighboring regions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
