We are currently looking for a professional and dependable Driver to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of staff, documents, and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Transport company staff, clients, and official visitors safely and punctually to designated destinations within Lagos and surrounding areas.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean, roadworthy, and serviceable condition at all times.
- Perform routine daily checks on vehicle systems including engine oil, water, battery, brakes, and tire pressure.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance and vehicle licenses, are up to date and properly documented.
- Observe all traffic laws, road signs, and safety regulations of Lagos State while driving.
- Keep accurate records of all trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs in compliance with company policy.
- Handle errands such as document delivery, picking up supplies, and other administrative support tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification with proven professional driving experience in Lagos.
- Must possess a valid and current Nigerian Driver Licence.
- Must possess a valid LASDRI (Lagos State Driver's Institute) certification.
- Deep and up-to-date knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
- Good defensive driving skills with a clean driving record and zero history of reckless driving.
