About the Role
JB Farms is a dynamic and growing palm oil processing company headquartered in Odogbolu, Ogun State, with operational sites in Ore, Ondo State, and Oban, Cross River State. We are currently seeking a professional, safety-conscious, and dedicated Driver to join our logistics and transport team.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate company vehicles for the efficient transportation of staff, goods, and agricultural equipment to designated destinations.
- Ensure timely, secure, and damage-free delivery of assigned cargo and personnel across local and regional routes.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical faults, servicing needs, or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all trips, mileage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Adhere strictly to Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and internal company safety policies at all times.
- Possession of an SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination) or equivalent educational qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience supported by a valid, current Nigerian driver's license.
- A clean driving record with a history free of major traffic offences or reckless driving incidents.
- Strong working knowledge of local routes, major highways, and surrounding regional areas.
- Physically fit with the stamina required to handle long hours of driving and occasional heavy lifting.
- Highly responsible, punctual, hardworking, and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills.
