Key Responsibilities- Transport company goods, products, and personnel safely and efficiently to designated locations across designated routes.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking oil, fuel, brakes, and tire pressure to ensure optimal roadworthiness.
- Adhere strictly to Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle logbooks, recording mileage, fuel consumption, and travel destinations.
- Assist with the loading and offloading of goods and merchandise at stores and warehouses as required.
- Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or traffic delays immediately to the management team.
- Ensure the assigned company vehicle is kept clean, secure, and properly maintained both inside and out.
- Minimum of OLevel (SSCE) or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or relevant category) with a clean driving record.
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or logistics sector.
- Excellent knowledge of major roads, routes, and traffic regulations within the operating region.
- Good verbal communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
